Multiply by one cell or another cell
Hello, I'm making an invoice and there's two options I need. So in column A, I have a drop down for types of work. Once the type of work is selected I have data validation set up in column F for the price of the type of work which changes depending on said work type. In column D, I have quantity of items, and in column E, I have quantity of hours. I'm trying to get Column H to multiply columns F&D or F&E for only QTY. or HRS. will be populated. Never both.

RyeBread808 Assuming that a 'type of work' either generates quantities OR hours at a certain price price. And that data validation populates either one or the other but never both, you could try this:
