Multiple conditional formatting rules

Hello,

I'm struggling to create the conditional formatting on an excel sheet for a training record I've created. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm creating a training matrix where the cells in column G will initially be either red or greyed out based on whether the training module is mandatory for that role - which is referenced in G9-G11. 

When a date completed is entered for a person (e.g. G2) I want it to go green afterwards.
