multi-variable lookup across ranges
incorrectly posted first time. reposting with adjusted data.
Ensure the accuracy of your data. You forgot to edit the 3rd range. The column labels are not dates. Also, you forgot to edit your lookup parameter. It should be expressed as date rather than text.
