MS OFFICE 365 & Pffoce 2021
Hello, I bought in december an Office 365 licence at Licencies2go, but after 6 months I still have problems, the reason is my emails in SCARLET did after 30 years perfect working no more go in or out, so I thouht without receiving any help from scarlet after 14 daily calls but wihtout any help answer. I was diaspointed about Scarlet and went to PROXISMUS, there I was wondered in the shop to give them another still active or possibel emailadress, except scarlet and I let install "email address removed for privacy reasons". I did know that this would have so much difficult problems. Only the emailadress was not wat I wanted and I changed in MyProximus an Alisas "email address removed for privacy reasons", which worked well for a while, but now and then I was again confrontated with SCARLET or the DAMNED new "GM-email basic account". Last week I because of some emails I did not trust or not sure they went out or came in, and just bougt beside my new Office365 also the "new" OFFICE 2021 at "AGM-Software". Since that installation (that did not go well is'nt installed or not completely, I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH OFFICE PROGRAMS, ESPECIALLY I WANT TO OPEN AN "EXCEL-DOCUMENT" I installed years ago wiht some "passwords" in it. BUT NOW I CAN NO MORE OPEN THAT FILE. SO I AM TO BECOME CRAZY, I'm since hours searching help on line at MICROSOFT and wrote an even greater descriptin of my problem, but I now it is weekend now, and maybe someone can help me tomorrow, but I CANNOT let searching myself, on what way I could see what is mentionned in that excel er even a another excel file.

I put your question to the Bing chatbot. Here is its answer:
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Office 365 license and email accounts. It sounds like you've had a frustrating experience trying to resolve these issues.
Regarding the Excel file that you're unable to open, it's possible that the file may have become corrupted or that there is an issue with the password protection. If you're having trouble opening a password-protected file, make sure you're entering the correct password. If you've forgotten the password, unfortunately, there is no way to recover it.
If you're still unable to open the file, you might want to try opening it in safe mode. To do this, press and hold the `Ctrl` key while starting Excel. This will start Excel in safe mode and may allow you to open the file.
If these suggestions don't help, I would recommend contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance with your Office 365 license and Excel file issues.
Is there anything else I can help with?
