Monitoring KPI on weekly, monthly and Week todate basis

I am considering of monitoring Key Performance indicators on weekly target vs weekly actuals.

I plan to :

1) Replace the monthly targets and actuals with Weekly targets and actuals (Wk1 to Wk52)
2) Maintain the Month-to-date (MTD) and the Year-to-Date (YTD) monitoring

I am not sure but I think the biggest challenge is to translate the week to monthly and current week todate.
