Misselection of cells with chart
Hello people,
I'm having problems with my Excel 2013. I've been trying to create a chart with simple information, but the program is using the wrong cells as the axis. And on top of that, it's not selecting everything as data to populate the chart.
In the attached image, I have filled some cells with basic information, and as you can see, what should be the horizontal axis of the chart, became the data for vertical axis (the values itself), and the cells with "unidade" and "rn" are not even included in the selection.
Things that I tried:
- Reinstalling the whole Office;
- Deleting regedit information of Excel in Current_User package;
- Searched for pages and pages of google for similar case and solution.
Got nothing fixed.
Hope you guys can help me with this one.
Hi Paulo,
That's normal behaviour. You have no one number to plot the chart and Excel has no idea what is you horizontal axis, where are data series and labels.
In general you may right click on the chart and within Select Data define all above.
