Mirroring a column by cell color

Hello I have been trying to mirror a set of data from one sheet to another but am running into a problem with one column that is just color no data.  I have been suggested conditional formatting, but have not found a way to look up a color of a cell and copy that color.  Is there a formula to simply look up the fill color of a cell and fill the cell with that color?
