Microsoft Excel

How do I calculate the Cell I'm working on as 0.25 times the sum of 2 separate cells? I'm working on merging Microsoft Access into a word document embedded. Also have a Excel spread-sheet object in that Document. Please let me know how to do this sooner rather than later.
