Microsoft Excel Data Analysis Toolpak add-in Non Responsive

Hello, 

For the past month I've encountered an issue trying to use the Excel Data Analysis Toolpak. Any time I try using the add-in I encounter the following message: 

Initially I was just seeing the 'GetATPUICUlturetag' message whenever I had selected the Toolpak and tried to access the Data option on the toolbar. This was followed by the program automatically closing itself a few seconds afterwards. I tried the following methods to resolve this issue:

1) Restarting Excel 

2) Uninstalling and installing the program again

3) Disabling and enabling macros 

4) Modify Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise 

Despite all these efforts I'm at the same spot I started in. If I could have assistance in resolving this issue I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
