Merging multiple files

I recently ended a relationship with a company that had our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. When I requested our lead information to be exported in an XLS file, they emailed it to me in 4 different spreadsheets. How can I merge these back into one? The only similarities between the four files are First Name & Last Name.
