Matching values based on week

I need help with a function. In Column A, I have a list of weeks with start date 4/30/23 (cell A2). Each week is calculated by the previous cell plus 7. So A3 is 5/7/2023, A4 is 5/14/23, and so on up to 12/29/2024. In Column B, I have the number of appointments for each week. Some weeks have blank cells, because there are no appointments. In Column C, I have the number of appointments (manually entered) 6 months from the appointments in Column B. For example, there is a 1 in Cell B2 (week 4/30/2023) and a 1 in Cell C28 (week 10/29/2023). I want a function that will auto-calculate the number of appointments in Column B to the same number of appointments 6 months later in Column C. Please help.
