Match and merge Two Excel files with exclusions using excel 365

Question

File one downloaded from database and changes were made. File two downloaded from database with same entries as in file one except has new entries.

I want two match file one with file two and only accept the new entries into file one from file two since changes were made to file one.

I have an iMac Computer....

Hi Leeco,I thought its for Windows , my apologies I missed that part . I do not think its available for Mac yet.
