mass delete of alternate rows in spreadsheet
Hi, I have copy rows of data and how to mass delete of alternate rows that is blank. I selected the range of data, go to "data , filter but I do not know what criteria to be input to filter out the blank rows ??
softlan3699 Once you have the filter on, you should see a small downward pointing triangle in the column header. Press it and deselect (Blanks). See example in the picture below. Copy/Paste to another location. However, if this is a large data file and you have to do this often, there are better ways to do this.
