Make sentence from data in cells in Excel

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have a form of 4 cells (as you can see in the attached picture) &amp; I need to get the values within brackets of the sentence filled when updating data in A2, B2, C2 &amp; D2.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please be kind enough to share a code with me to get this done ASAP. Thank in advance!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
