Make Excel field automatically a part of the title of the hyperlinked email address

I have an Excel hyperlink to an email address which puts the name of the sheet in the title, but I need one of the fields to be in the title too so that I can distinguish all the emails coming in titled with the same sheet name. 

Can I program the hyperlink to include more specific data from a given field to enter the email's title?
