Mac Excel is not letting me pull data from a website

Hi, 

I have been trying to pull data from coinmarketcap and I follow the correct procedure of using a word document setting it to .txt and then saving it as mac os default and then accessing it in the queries folder. 

I have tried changing the default Mac os, I have tried labelling the document as .iqy everything is not pulling the data, the spreadsheet just keeps saying, retrieving data but nothing happens after 30 minutes. 

Is there a specific setting I need to change? My add ins are also not working like cryptosheets.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 

My excel version is 16.55 and is excel for mac. Please help, Ive also tried deleting and redownloading excel but it still gives the same issue
