Looking to Merge Incompatible Data Sets

Heyo,

I'm hoping to pull the UPC from one data set (Columns E:F) and impose it onto another (Columns A:D) using partial text matching between Columns B and E. I can't think of a way to find exact matches granted the internal data isn't standardized. I can't imagine there's a perfect fix; however, this is the closest I've gotten.

Let me know if anything comes to mind or if you have any questions--not sure how clear my prompt is.

In short, I would love to find the best way to match the values from Columns B and E.
