Looking to make a forecast formula

Question

Hello, I'm looking to make a basic change in value formula for interest on a credit card.

ex.

Jan = $136

Feb = 138

Mar = 124

I want the column to auto fill that my change in interest was $2 Jan. > Feb., and -$14 Feb. > Mar.

The formula in C3 is =IF(B3="","",B3-B2)
This can be filled down as far as you want.
