Looking for a Formula to count items Ina. Certain way

Hi! See attached doc for reference, but I need a formula to count # of markets. I need to count a 1 for either retain or sales revenue >0 for each project, though the data is in different columns.

Thoughts?

    AL789 I solved this with an array formula in the attached.  In pre-Office 365 you would have to press Ctrl Shift Enter to confirm this type of formula after entering it.
