Look Up Formula Help Please.

So I have a spreadsheet with a large amount of data on and need some help, please. I have attached a sample of what the spreadsheet looks like. The cells of interest are the "Name" and then cells "I-P"

Names appear on numerous occasion and are not in any particular order. Therefore the information placed for John Smith in the attached will be the same wherever that name appears on the spreadsheet. If I enter the information once I want it to pre-populate all the cells under John Smith without manually keying it. In essence, the spreadsheet recognises the name elsewhere on the spreadsheet and populates accordingly.
