Look up data and keep cell color

Hi there, I'm trying to look up both the cell data and background color between 2 workbooks. I understand the vlookup function does not allow me to do this and it may only be viable through VBA, but I'm struggling to input a code that works. Would anyone be able to advise? Thanks!
