Lists and Text Boxes for Excel Online

I am looking for a solution to allow this Dashboard to work on Excel Online I am thinking that I can use a Data Validation for the List and but exactly sure how I can show the Cell with multi line text, does anyone have any ideas that will allow this to work for Excel Online?
