List making

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with excel but I don't know if it's possible.

I got a list with some crosses that match with profiles that are on the top of my columns

I want to know if it's possible to have a function where i can call a profile and it lists all the sames if there is a cross in the column. I don't know if it's clear.
