Linking Dates in separate Excel workbooks
I linked data in two separate workbooks, and all of text data populated correctly, however my dates are not populating correctly. When I look at the dates using a "general" format, the duplication is perfect, but when it gets formatted as a "date" the dates do not match. I am dumbfounded... Please help.
AntoinetteMB The dates are exactly 4 years apart. That tells me that the Employees Records sheet has Use 1904 data system (Excel, Preferences, Calculation, almost at the bottom) checked. Uncheck it!
