link pivot table to an Excel table
Hi everyone,
I'm really having a difficult time trying to solve the following problem:
I have like 10 pivot table in an Excel sheet (sheet1). From each pivot table, I've created a normal table in another Excel sheet (sheet 2). The Excel tables in sheet 2 a referenced to, linked to the pivot tables in sheet 1.
However, I'm finding it difficult to update the data of the tables in sheet 2, meaning:
When I add new rows to my data table and refresh the Pivot table, I can see the new rows in the Pivot Table, but not in my other tables in sheet 2.
I've discovered that if i filter my pivot table this works in my tables in sheet 2, the problem is when new rows are added, not only it doesn't appear but, if is just one row this new rows replace the total row, living my table in sheet 2 without a total row at the bottom.
It seems obvious that the problem occurs only when I need my tables in sheet 2 to show the new rows, since this are estatic and with fixed rows number based on the moment the tables were created.
Is there anywhere to update the data of my tables in sheets 2 without having to insect manually new rows to the table??
Help! Please!

How do you link the table, do you use cube formulae and is that the structured table or range?
