Link Cell from different workbook in same folder

Hi, I am looking a way to link a cell in another workbook that will move as I copy the whole folder.

For example, I have folder #1 with Subfolders. I linked a cell in Folder1\subfolder1\excela to Folder1\subfolder2\excelb.

Once I make a copy of folder #1 (call it Folder #2), the cell link in Folder2 is still to folder #1, is there a way that the link gets updated as I copy the folder so that the cell is automatically linking to excel in Folder2?

Within a workbook, Excel is very clever and if you change something, move something, delete something, Excel adjusts all the cell references because it is holding everything to do with the active workbook in memory.

But Excel is not able to adjust external file references when you move linked files around on your computer.
