At this time, this feature is currently only available to a portion of Office Insiders while we continue to optimize this feature over the next several months. You may gain access to the function after installing future updates.

Evan_Bolin One more thing, for what it's worth. I didn't even have the FAST version of Excel installed, only PRODUCTION, but this morning I received an announcement about the new LET function from Excel, and that's why I started looking into it and downloaded the FAST version. It seems that Microsoft shouldn't be having new feature pop-ups happening in Excel if the feature is not yet available.
