Jump to certain cells based on a value in another cell

I'm trying to figure out a way to jump from certain cells to others, based on a value in column A. There are columns that need to be filled when it says "come" in the first column and different ones when it says "go". I know that I can lock those cells using data validation, but I'm looking for a way to skip over those cells that are not needed. 

I sadly can not provide the sheet as it is confidential, but maybe someone can help me out anyways?
