IT Trouble ticket excel tracker

I am running an excel ticket tracker for 6 Battalion help desks in my Brigade. I am trying to allow each BN to fill their unit's worksheet and have that information populate into a Brigade Master worksheet that can be used to look up any and all tickets that have been submitted from across the Brigade. Does anyone know a formula to auto populate the data from multiple sheets to a master sheet without overwriting? Each sheet's layout is identical.
