Issue with Copy & Pasting formula in excel

My copy and paste function is not working normally, i need to correct it by clicking in the formula bar and enter again for it to do the calculation, or else the answer would be the same with the first thing i copied, does anyone have any idea ? ( sorry about my bad English )
