issue in installing "solver" add-in in excel

Hello everyone,

when I try to install the "solver" add-in in excel the program starts crashing and at the end it doesn't allow me to install it. I tried several times, even under the support of a Microsoft operator, but I wasn't able to solve the issue. 

May anyone help me in installing this resolutor software? It is quite urgent.
