ISNUMBER and SEARCH Function not working

Hi All,

i have used a combination of ISNUMBER and SEARCH to find if cells contains certain TEXT. From here i used this as part of an if formula. However I am having issues with the formula not finding the TEXT in the cell when it is there.

Any ideas on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.
