IsBlank Help!
Hello - I'm trying to write an Excel formula expressing the following:
If B1 & C1 IsBlank, Then Stop And Show " ",
If Not, Does B1=C1, "TRUE", "FALSE"
 
Please see the below working example if required. I've tried using ISBLANK within an ='s formula, but it doesn't seem to work! Thanks in advance!
Thanks! This works to a degree, but doesn't seem to work for row 7 within the example. It just illustrates a blank if there isn't a value in both cells.
