IRR function
How do I calculate the IRR if instead of having a column of cashflows, I have the cash flow and the number of periods that cash flow occurred? for example
A1 = -100 (initial investment)
A2 = 25 (cashflow)
B2 = 5 (# of periods of cash flow)
