Internet site reports connection is established but data is not available

I need help with all of my Excel Spreadsheets which is referenced to OneDrive documents folder of ours. We are now getting an error when using Control + H function to replace cells info. This is also happening to all of our Excel files and even if we create a new one. We have

already updated Excel app. Even updated Windows itself. Checked all Excel Settings about trusted locations since it's trying to connect to OneDrive but still no luck. Please do fully address this one since we can't fully use our data now.
