inserting break rows in a data set

Can only wonder why. It's the worst thing you can do as it destroys the data set. What are your intentions?
- thanks for Getting Back Riny, its so i can upload to an ERP system we are using. i need to do it this way so the API works. it will just be used for this purpose so won't ruin the master data.
