    Perhaps use the HYPERLINK function instead of hard-coded hyperlinks.
    With the text of the link in cell A1:
    =HYPERLINK("file:"&A1,"Click to open file")

Hi HH Here again.... Still have Excel Hyperlink function failure .... How can I address this issue direct to Microsoft and get a response ?
