It is not a number, it is not a text! It is a formula.
When calculating, the computer does not take it so exactly.
The result is internally 0.7000000000001 or 0.699999999999999. Since you want to have an exact result with MATCH() this does not work.
But with ROUND() you can solve this easily.
=ROUND((B12+C12)-D12,1)
