INDEX MATCH with cells with Line Breaks

Hello All,

Wondering if there is a way to use INDEX MATCH (or another Excel function) that can return lines of text from cells separated by line breaks (Alt + Enter) and have specific lines of text from the INDEX cell separated into different cells in the same column on a different sheet.
