Index Match multiple results without duplicates

=INDEX($C$6:$C$12,MATCH(1,INDEX(($A$6:$A$12=B1)*($B$6:$B$12=B2),0),0))

      A single LOOKUP function can return the same result, like this:
      =LOOKUP(2,
      1/((A6:A12=B1)*
      (B6:B12=B2)),
      C6:C12)
