Doing an INDEX/MATCH calculation against an external workbook is quite slow. Especially when the workbook in question is on a networks share or -worse- in a Sharepoint or OneDrive location.
I would pull in that data from [Source_File.xlsx]Sheet1'!$V$5:$AU$136 using Data, Get Data, From File and do the lookup against the resulting range in your workbook.
