Index and Match issue

So i used the index and match formular to return a certain value from one sheet to another. The problem is that it is saying not found or #N/A evebthough the values are on the sheet and are available . I have  tried everything from changing the data type to trimming and cleaning the data but still it is fruitless.

The formular I used was 

=(INDEX('Bills for Products (2)'!AH:AH,MATCH('Track Sheet 2'!Q2&'Track Sheet 2'!U2&'Track Sheet 2'!M2,'Bills for Products'!BU:BU,0),1)

It is supposed to return the value in column AH by matching columns q which is the bill number, column u which is the item name and column m which is the sales order using BU as a lookup array which as aggregated all three columns in 1.

    Could you attach a copy of the workbook itself? Your description alone is hard to follow. If it's confidential, create a faithful mockup and attach it.
