IFS Formula
I'm trying to use IFS (formula) without a subscription with Office 365 but it's not working. Is there a way to make it work or maybe another formula or option similar to IFS? I REALLY NEED IT ...

The alternative to IFS function is the Nested IF syntax.

So just to be clear, if I use the =IF(AND(....
it will be the same as the IFS ?

Out of curiosity, do you have a particular set of conditions in mind that you can share with us? We could help you to structure it depending on how many conditions you want.

Damien Using AND isn't required, you will need it if you want to check for multiple conditions in the same logical test.
The basic syntax of the Nested IF is as below example:
=IF(A1=100, A1+1, IF(A1>100, A1+2, IF(A1<100, A1+3)))
Notice that you have to nest another IF in the value_if_false argument for each IF except for the last one.
The above example is equivalent to this:
=IFS(A1=100, A1+1, A1>100, A1+2, A1<100, A1+3)
