VLOOKUP(), INDEX/MATCH(), XLOOKUP(), FILTER() may work for you. Put few sample data (you can attach a sample file) and show us your desired result. Also, which version of Excel do you use? Excel-2013, 2016, 2019, 2021 or Excel-365?
