IF statements and conditional formatting

I have conditional formatting set to change the colour of the cell when it becomes overdue based on todays date. it is green whilst in date, and then red once over due.

I want it to change to another colour once data is entered in the cell next to it, which is blank until this data is entered. The concept is to track when documents are over due, but then once they are received and date captured, that the over due colour changes to show no longer over due. Thanks in advance
