=IF help!!
Hello,
My work has a complicated Overtime/penalty rate system and is why I'm making a timesheet formula on excel to streamline the process.
I have in A5 "08:00:00" being the start time and in B5 "17:00:00" being the finish time. At my work, normal finish time is 1630. So that is .5hr of 150%. How do I get say K10 to say .5hr of 150% when A5=0800 and B5=1700?????

Drysie The attached file contains some examples of how you can calculate with time. Perhaps it will help you on your way. But I suspect that your real life scenario is more complex than what you described. If so, please come back and share a file with some (though anonymised) data.
