If cell has any text in it

This is hard to explain

I am after a formula to look up cells in the range C6 to AB14.

If the cell has text in it i would like it to pull the data from column B and the row it has the text in and also Row 3 with the ISO Week No

So for example

SKY028 - 2 - C

SKY028 - 5 - ZUR

LK06HZS - 5 - ZUR

LK06 HZS - 6 - A

The idea is that i will then be able to sort by any of the vehicle registrations or iso week no or text in the cell

    maybe something like:

    =IF(C6:ZZ15="", "", $B6:$B15 & " - " & C$3:ZZ$3 & " - " & C6:ZZ15 )

if you want them all in a column you could wrap with TOCOL()

There might be a simpler way to do it, but what comes to my mind is to use if, isblank, and concatenate. ie "=IF(ISBLANK(A2), "", CONCATENATE(A2,C2)).

In this formula, if the cell in column A is blank, it leaves the cell in column D blank.

If the cell in column A is not blank, it concatenates the value of the cell in column A with the value of the cell in column C.

Am I understanding your question correctly, and does this solve it?

I am only interested in the cells that have text. so a c service or a zur service and the registration and the week it is due.

I am not interested in any blanks if that makes sense

Right. With that formula, if the reference cell is blank, the output cell will be blank as well. If the reference cell is not blank (has text), it will output the desired values.
