IF, AND, THEN Help

Question

Good Day&nbsp;I am trying to create a formula with the following conditions:&nbsp;If&nbsp;Male and &gt; 180cm, "Tall", "Average". If Female and &gt; 170cm,"Tall","Average".&nbsp;The simplified spreadsheet is attached, with the formula required in column D.&nbsp;Much appreciated and kind regards&nbsp;Marlon
