IF and NESTED formulas with negative numbers

Hello,

I am working on a balanced score card type file, with a set of indicators each of which has a weight.  When working with the Net Profit and Loss indicator I can come across negative numbers.  So I have tried 6 possible scenarios to test the formula.  4 scenarios are OK, 1 I doubt about it and the last one is definetly wrong. But I can not solve the issue; I feel blocked already. Here is the data:
