Icons based on percentage not working
I am trying to have anything that is =>100% show as green check mark icon, anything above 50% show as yellow ! icon and anything 50% or < to show as red x icon, but for some reason it's not working. ...

have you tried using the following?
Value = 1, Type = Value
Value = 0.5, Type = Value
